1. Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • The product has all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • The item is not part of a final sale, discounted, or customized product.
  • The request is raised within the allowed time frame with proper proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).

⚠️ Products such as lingerie, innerwear, and personalized items cannot be exchanged due to hygiene and customization reasons.


2. How to Request an Exchange

Please follow these simple steps to request an exchange:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Exchange
  • Desired Replacement (Size/Color/Style)
  • Upload Product Images (optional but recommended)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and respond with the next steps.

Step 3: Ship the Product

Once approved, please return the product to our designated return address (shared via email).

  • The product must be packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
  • You may need to bear the return shipping cost, except for defective or incorrect items.

Step 4: Receive Your Replacement

After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll dispatch your replacement item within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability.


3. Conditions for Exchange Approval

Your exchange request may be declined if:

  • The product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • The request was raised after the 7-day window.
  • The product falls under the non-exchangeable category.
